Our process:
In-home measurement service:
When you schedule your complimentary in-home measurement, we send a designer to you. That designer works with you from initial measurement through design and contract, thus ensuring nothing gets lost in translation.
Design consultation:
Your Designer will schedule a time for you to meet in our 6000+ square foot showroom, where we have a very large selection to choose from. A 3D design will be prepared for you (if needed). Your designer will aide you in selecting finishes and fixtures. From there a proposal will be created for your space. This service is, and always has been, complimentary.
Contact:
Once you are happy with your design, selections, and proposal, we would enter into contract. A deposit would be collected, and the balance would be split into payment terms.
Production:
After Contract, your project is handed off to our Production Team. For larger projects this would typically happen at your home with your designer and project manager. You will be invited to download our online portal (in app form or website). You will be able to view your project schedule, send messages, request change orders, and even send warranty claims after your project has been completed! This portal is our key to constant communication with our clients.
